The design adheres to the family's specifications, providing a spacious ground floor that cleverly blends living and working areas.
The exterior is adorned with architectural stone facades and bronze, sophisticated louvers, creating a private feel from the street while the expansive windows and outdoor terraces blend indoor and outdoor living. The living and family spaces, including a formal lounge, dining area, and large kitchen, are connected by movable walls. The pool terrace is designed as an extension of the living spaces, accessible through full-height sliding glass doors.
